Seen through misty eyes
Desperate misplaced choices
Made by compromise
Memories that linger
When last the sorrow spent
Of heartache reminiscent
Impassioned torment
Anguish past the present
Flourish past the pain
Ruined toward the future
Regret not much to gain
Tomorrow bring the sorrow
Forever mine to choose
