Therapeutic musings mixed with humorous ramblings and sometimes spiritual notations of life as I know it in written form. A diary of my heart inspired by life.

I just got home from our annual New Year's day celebration. The tradition started 18 years ago. when we decided to spend New Year's day with some friends. The tradition quickly turned the into my favorite holiday. New Year's day is guaranteed to be packed with food, friends and more laughter than is advisable considering the amount of food consumed during the day. After a full day of celebration, my stomach feels like it might spontaneously explode and I feel like I've aspirated my uvula during a fit of laughter. All of these are symptoms we started the New Year out on the right foot, giving it every possibility to be a fun-loving, adventurous year. How's that for predicting the future?
